Time Fly's 2

The Christmas season brought snow. Brig loves to play with and eat snow (we watch out for yellow snow).
A friend at work made cute Santa hats, but Brig would take it off saying "no ho-ho", finally he said "ho-ho Merry Christmas" after Kaitlyn and Carson did it. I wanted to catch it on tape, but he wouldn't do it again.

I worked Christmas eve and Christmas day, I think it was good for everyone to think about how others spend Christmas, but yes Santa still found us. Brig was not interested in the tree or presents until 2 days before Christmas when he opened a gift and was so excited, after dad told him the golf set was for Jackson ( it was for Brig) he was patient and waited until Christmas afternoon.

Time Fly's

It is amazing how time fly's during the holiday season. Grandma Glenna (Jeff's mom) came to Idaho (thanks to Jana) for a few weeks over Thanksgiving. She was able to spend time with us and also Shirley and her family (Jeff's sister). While she was here one of her sister Jenny past away Jeff and I took her to Utah for the funeral.

April, Ben and Linkin came for Thanksgiving, we had dinner on Wednesday so they could return to American Falls/Pocatello.

The "boys" spent Thursday night setting up and playing a internet computer game with each other, it was fun to hear them laugh and enjoy each other.

We played skipboo (of course) and caught up on the Turner Classic TV channel movies, (Grandma Glenna's favorites).

A Fun Busy Weekend

What a fun weekend on Friday night we went to an indoor pro lacrosse game. The boys started playing lacrosse this past spring, so it was fun to see the "pro's" play. The next day we spent a warm fall day at the zoo, I have never seen the animals so active, it was really fun. The sheep just kept banging his head on the shed, it was really loud.

I'm TIRED

I think I jinksed ( sorry phonetic spelling) my self with that last post, Brig is up at night again! But the weather has cooled off, maybe he is cold. Or maybe it is because he slept with Shalise while I was gone what do you think? So Jana read this post and let me know I was wrong...Shalise only slept with him 1 night...Jana slept with him 2 nights. Like that makes any difference at all!!!

I slept 5 nights in a row

I think that I haven't slept 5 night all the way through in over 2 years, I loved it! Of course 3 of those nights Jeff and I were out of town and Brig stayed with his big sisters. I taught a STABLE class in Sun Valley for the hospital on Thursday night and Friday, then Jeff and I spent the weekend.

It was nice to
1. sleep in (till 8 am)
2. not cut anyone else's food
3. or pick it up off the floor
4. go to an adult movie
5. walk around town without pushing a stroller or carrying a child
6. I didnt do dishes, cook, wash clothes or stop any arguements

Ahh, heaven. I had a wonderful time, but strangely enough I missed hearing the word Mom and mommy. Jana, Meisha, Shalise, Tyson, Gray and Ky did a great job managing themselves and Brig. I'm glad to be home with dishes that need to be done and laundry and what I am going to make for breakfast.
